Unlike most traditional leases, we allow our customers to expand and downsize based on their business needs. That’s why we offer a range of short- term warehousing options designed to keep your business agile and responsive. Traditional leases are typically 5–7-year lease terms, and they do not give you any options to expand or downgrade. We have spaces that range from 875 sf to over 6,000 sf. We offer Month to Month, 3 month, 6 month, 12 month and 24 month leases

What are your building hours?

Our office hours are from Monday through Friday, 9AM- 6PM. Cubework, tenants have access to their space and all common areas anytime of the day in most to all locations.
