Reno Sparks Scheels is currently hiring a full-time specialty shop manager for our Hunting Footwear shop and our Hunting Clothing shop. Specialty shop managers are experts in their field, and are required to study and learn all aspects of the specialty shops they manage. This includes selecting the merchandise for their department, sales and buying, and assisting customers in a variety of departments. Our specialty shops managers also help customers find the gear they need to be on top of their game, so a passion for sport is necessary. Applicants must be outgoing with a great personality and enjoy working with people. A high energy level, good communication and organizational skills and willingness to provide uncompromising customer service is critical. Strong oral and written communication skills and light to moderate lifting are required.
