About This Position:
includes a $400.
00 monthly bonus The Commissary Operations Supervisor assists in the management of all aspects of commissary operations and services at the assigned correctional facility.
Oversee KCN operations:
Delegate work task to employees, and effectively communicate with management, employees, and customers.
Track and document daily productivity and accuracy of employees.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by mentoring and educating staff.
What You'll Need:
Valid driver's licenseFamiliarity with inventory managementFamiliarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs)Requires strong supervisory skills:
a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through othersAbility to work in a correctional environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to define problems, and resolve them quicklyExcellent organizational skills
