Qualifications:
Must haves:
Desire to leadPositive attitudeOrganizationSpeedSense of humorSuperior knowledge of home maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and painting.
On call availabilityGreat to haves:
General contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC, or other skilled tradeKnowledge of property management and maintenance operations software such as YardiMaintenance certification such as EPA or CPO (if you don't have it, we'll help you get it)Renovations or construction experienceCompensation:
The compensation range for this role is $26.
00 - $32.
50 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
