Field Engagement ManagerRemoteAs a Barclays Field Engagement Manager, you'll interact with partner employees including inflight crewmembers & other key management contacts to actively build long-term trust and share the key benefits of the card program for all stakeholders (partner employees, airline customer, and airline).
This is your chance to increase both participation in the program within the ranks of the inflight crew members and other partner employees, as well as expand the operational assistance for the card program, both on the planes, in airport, and virtually.

What will you be doing?o Leading as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all things related to assigned partner(s) credit card offer, demonstrating effective and compliant engagement practices and techniqueso Filtering feedback on program opportunities and barriers via set meetings and ad hoc communicationso Ensuring partner employees have needed collateral related to the card program at all times, driving awareness and enthusiasm around promotions, incentives and sweepstakeso Driving awareness and participation in communication mobile application, encouraging enrollment, and supporting suggestions for improved content and other enhancementso Managing embedment of the card program in the new hire training program and ensuring best in class ongoing training tools are in placeo Ensuring compliance to all set channel policies and procedures and working with Face-to-Face Marketing Governance manager to address any gapso Making recommendations around marketing placements and collateral that will help achievement of account goalso Developing productive and significant relationships with key leaders/management in their hub locations and traveling to other locations as requestedWhat we're looking for:
o High School Diploma required with the relevant years of experience in field engagement, sales enablement or training is requiredo Ability to travel extensively, as required and ability to work non-traditional hours as driven by events and traffic in assigned partner locations (early AM, evenings, occasional weekends)o Solid relationship building skills, succeeding as an influencer with partners and external clients as well as internal colleagueso Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills and able to provide clear direction and feedback to achieve business objectivesIn addition to the skills required to execute the job well, we're looking for people with the following capabilities to grow and contribute to our culture:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
