The Supply Specialist must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Provide superb service to internal and external customers.
Track CHSC maintenance and production supplies to include:
Inventory Receipts Purchase orders Distribution Charging areas Position Functions:
Requires driving stand up forklift Able to meet multiple deadlines both in and outside of the building with consistent interrupt and redirection of task management.
Utilize MS Excel and Access to create spreadsheets and databases to track supply usage.
Use independent judgment and be self-motivated.
Pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy of information provided to management.
Comply with all safety regulations of the Service Center.
Must adhere to all policies and procedures of the Service Center.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and identify and respond to issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean work area.
Work with co-workers in a professional, respectful, cooperative, and courteous manner.
Regular and punctual attendance.
Ability to work overtime as required.
Demonstrate positive, customer service, and team-oriented demeanor.
Physical Fitness:
The Supply Specialist must have physical strength and be able to perform the physical tasks of the position.
This position works in an office and warehouse environment.
Ability to sit at computer workstation and/or desk for a full shift.
Ability to enter data and look at monitor for extended periods of time.
Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for up to two-thirds of a full shift.
Ability to perform tasks involving repetitive motion for up to two-thirds of a full shift.
Ability to reach above/below shoulder level for up to two-thirds of a full shift.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, and/or crawl for up to two-thirds of a full shift.
Ability to talk and/or hear for a full shift.
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds for up to one-third of a full shift.
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
Language Skills:
The Supply Specialist must be able to communicate effectively when dealing with other associates, supervisors, operations managers, staff, divisions, and vendors.
This includes the use of nonverbal communication including eye contact, body language, and posture.
Ability to read, analyze, and write reports.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, discounts, and proportions to practical situations.

EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Must be 18 years of age.
High School diploma/GED, Associate's degree (A.
A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A comprehensive knowledge of computers and extensive experience in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and Access is required.
The Supply Specialist must possess a high level of language skills.
