To learn more about Berry, visit berryglobal.com Responsibilities Responsibilities Produces employee work schedules Supports & maintains all regulatory compliance certifications Maintains and enforces all safety policies and guidelines Maintains plant compliance for all local Permits, Fire code, EPA, AQMD, Wastewater regulations Provides guidance and leadership Responsible for maintaining SDS book Ensures employees follow company policies and procedures Supervises personnel including hiring, determining workload, delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance Recommends measures to improve production methods, quality of product, working conditions and efficiency of equipment and crew Reviews, approves and trains on standard operating procedures Responsible 24 hours (on-call) Responsible for driving production to meet company goals Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems The information listed above is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of the job described.
